In case ya’ll didn’t know, this fall is going to be a verrrry busy season for music releases. Rihanna is allegedly supposed to release her highly-anticipated album, Adele is rumored to drop her next record in November, and Sam Smith keeps serving us every bop that we need but don’t deserve. And then there’s Lady Gaga, who if you recall, is currently pregnant with #LG6. But after a rather cryptic Gaga tweet, fans are beginning to think Gaga will be delivering her album baby pretty soon! On Twitter, Gaga logged on to tweet “Today is a new day. Look back, but don’t stare,” this past Sunday. Inspirational, I know! But because fans love to grasp at straws (I am absolutely guilty of this), some of them interpreted “today” as “new music is coming today.” So naturally, Gaga’s Little Monsters began speculating that something LG6 related was going to happen and started freaking TF out:
Okay, so this might seem like a reach that new Gaga music is coming, but I can’t even blame the fans. They’re thirsting for content! It’s really great that Our Lady has been working on her makeup collection, Haus Laboratories, but it’s been approximately 376 days since the soundtrack for A Star Is Born was released…and that’s really just not cutting it anymore.
Thankfully, Gaga’s romantic endeavors has been helping the record along. Gaga’s new mans, Dan Horton, has been assisting Gaga with the recording of LG6—bless him! “They have been working on new music, have spent hours of work time together and became really close,” a source told Entertainment Tonight back in July. “They’re working very closely together at a home studio in Hollywood, and sparks just started flying…They seem like a pretty good match.”
That being said, it’s time to gird your loins— LG6 is coming SOON!
