Sometimes when we look at our old pictures, we marvel at how much change we have made, how naive we were, imperfect and flawed, we smile and laugh about our growth, and sometimes we seek to hide it from the public.

The truth is that we all have track records, the oldest lion was once a cub and the biggest dog was once a pup.
Every master was once a student, every expert was once an amateur.

I’ll love to focus on amateurs, amateurs are not scared of making mistakes, after all, they have nothing to lose, they aren’t afraid to make mistakes or look ridiculous, they are just in love or passionate.

Peter saw Jesus walking on water, as an amateur passionate about learning asked his master to bid him come, all he needed was encouragement from Jesus to try, and he became the second man on earth to walk on water and probably the last until another amateur tries to be the third.

One must also bear in mind that the stupidest creative act is still a creative act, amateurs know that contributing something is better than contributing nothing.

How else would you know what you’ll achieve if you don’t start, Nike is one of the most encouraging brands. (Just do it)

Also, it is easier for an amateur to teach because he or she knows less they teach it in such a way that a layman can understand, you can’t find your voice in a noisy world until you start talking (pun intended)

Amateurs don’t care if they will fail, what do they have to lose anyway they just care about giving, and sharing the little they had learned.

This is one of the reasons I love to call myself an enthusiast rather than a strategist because my passion to know more surpasses my passion to teach. (I’m still learning)

And yes, it marvels how far I’ve grown and known, but I’m still an amateur.

Paul was an amateur even with what he achieved, he called himself the least among apostles, that he may know Christ. The same Paul who wrote two third of the new testament didn’t know Christ that well? E shock you ba?

Everyone is an amateur, some amateurs chose to show the little they know while others are still not sure about themselves.

We all know in parts.

I didn’t plan to make this a Bible teaching, But Hey, I’m an amateur (We all are)
