It feels like 20 minutes ago.
New York flamed and smoked,
Twin Towers of WTC collapsed.
Troubled world, all dreaded.
Scared by bigots and radicals.
Like rocks from the sky, terror!
Aimed at mass grave of horror.
Flags lowered, the globe mourns,
The 3000 and many sufferers,
Masses cried in weeping tides,
The pains of 9/11, we’re all victims.
