Food Critic Influencer Opeyemi Famakin has currently been facing a lot of onslaught from social media following a recent viral interview that he did.

He had exchanged some words with Twitter trolls as he expressed that he wants to know the worst Twitter trolls can be.

He had made a statement about the worst food in Nigeria, even naming some states in which he revealed that they did not know how to cook. His statement did not sit well with a lot of people as they took to Twitter to air their grievousness and also drag him.

However, Opeyemi Famakin also slammed back at these people. Following this back-to-back convo, Opeyemi Famakin also expressed that a lot of Nigerians were mad at him because he makes about 9 million Naira every week.

He revealed that Nigerians cannot cancel him because he earns 9 million Naira in a bad week, hinting at the fact that he earns even more than that in a really good week.

Now, also recall that last year, 2023, he had advised Nigerian men to marry up instead of marrying down.

He revealed that girls, when they want to marry, they rarely marry down and that it was time for Nigerian men to also start marrying up instead of marrying down or marrying in their class. He spoke on the pitfalls of union, especially when it comes to facing financial hardships in a marriage.

He revealed that men who continuously marry down will find it difficult to navigate life challenges when they do not have any finances coming in.
