Popular Nollywood actress Eniola Ajao’s new movie titled; The Beast Of Two Worlds- Ajakaju hits Cinemas across the country and ultimately gets sold out according to actor Ololunade.
The movie which caused a buzz on the internet these past days, owing to the Best Dressed Female award given to the controversial media personality Bobrisky at the movie premiere, resulted in backlash from netizens and colleagues.
The disapproval from individuals about the award given to Bobrisky was on the rise, and women in the industry came out to express their contempt and disappointment in the situation.
Actress Eniola Ajao felt threatened- that her new film would be boycotted and people wouldn’t show up for the movie.
Therefore, she apologised to the parties involved in the drama on social media, she also revealed that the best female award given to controversial crossdresser Bobrisky, was fake and nothing was indeed given to Bobrisky.
She said it was done to bring attention to the movie, which will be shown at Cinemas across the country.
Actress Eniola broke into tears in a video that made the rounds on social media.
In the video she said;
“On Instagram, I said it Bose Alao is our winner and one other person I and my crew are yet to look into. So please, everything was just staged. Nothing was given to anybody at the premiere.”
“Nigerians, I am so sorry. It was all staged, Nothing was given to Bobrisky. The best-dressed female was all fake. I sold all my cars, lands, properties, and gold and spent over N250 million to make this Ajakuju film”
“Please support me, I don’t have anybody. A lot have gone down, I’ve been doing all of these on my own, If I don’t do it who will do it. So please, nothing was given to anybody”.

The video got many reactions, while some netizens pitied her, others claimed her crying in the video was all a stunt.

However, the turnout of the event seemed to be the one that favoured the actress, amid the Bobrisky award saga, the movie which was showcased in Cinema across Nigeria on the 29th of March was ‘sold out’.
Actor Odunlade Adekola is one of the movie stars who has been supporting his female colleague, Eniola Ajao.
Odunlade shared a screenshot from a cinema’s record showing “Beast Of Two Worlds” was sold out.
Sharing the screenshot, the actor wrote;
“Still counting AJAKAJU in all the cinemas Nationwide.”
