Justin Pierre James Trudeau, Canadians Trudeau!, the 23rd and current Prime Minister of Canada, a highly esteemed figure in Canada, used to have a beautiful wife that holds a great reputation in the country, until their divorce happened.
The both made it public on their Instagram handle that the made this decision “after many meaningful and difficult conversations”. Another statement from the minister’s office says that the both have signed a legal separation agreement.
As it stands now, the prime minister and the wife are divorced.
Just same way as Trudeau is the second youngest Canadian Prime Minister in history ( his currently 51-years-old), he is also the second Prime Minister to announce a separation while in office.
Justin Trudeau and wife Sophie Trudeau have been married since the year 2005, and is blessed to have 3 children, 15-year-old Xavier, 14-year-old Ella Grace and 9-year-old Hadrien.
An Official acquainted with the matter at hand said that Trudeau will continue to live at Rideau cottage in Ottawa, where he has lived since 2015, and the children would live there also for the time being, the main purpose of living there is to ensure and promote stability.
And Sophie, she moved to a separate Ottawa home but on occasions she’ll come to spend time with the kids during times when he will be traveling.
” They remain a close family, and Sophie and the Prime Minister are focused on raising their kids in a safe, loving and collaborative environment”, the statement from Trudeau’s office said.
“As always, we remain a close family with deep love and respect for each other and for everything we have built and will continue to build,” they both said on a post the made on Instagram.
In respect to the matter of their separation, His office requested a regard for their privacy.
“The family Will be together on a vacation, beginning next week”.
Back in the days when Justin Trudeau hasn’t yet married, he was one of Canada’s most famous politicians, reputably known to have a good sense of humour, he cracks up a moody audience like never before. Margaret Trudeau wrote in her memoir that she had a romance with U.S. Sen. Ted Kennedy. At a time in 1977, in a visit to Washington with Pierre, she sat listening to her husband speak before the congress, but deep down she was feeling “torn between an intense need for him and a longing for Ted Kennedy”. Margaret wrote that she had become desirously affectionate towards Kennedy, after meeting with him few years earlier. She told Kennedy that he “had not destroyed my marriage, but that I had used him to help me destory a marriage that was already over”.

Seeing how the relationship between the father and the mother ended, Justin Trudeau wrote in his 2014 book “Common Ground” that public life took its toll.
