If there was anything anyone learnt during the Lockdown, it is either to get a high income skill, leverage on online visibility or get an investment that doesn’t need your physical presence.
However I’ll be discussing about investments that we can venture into that will not be affected by Lockdown or any pandemic. Ready or not here I come.😊
The First is Real Estate, this is one investment that is not affected by pandemic, nor lockdown. Any land bought will always appreciate not matter the situation. It can’t get stolen (the Certificate of Occupancy can be though)
This is one investment that can stand the test of time, whether you’re on lockdown or not.
Another investment to look out for is “Logistics” this investment is very profitable because goods and human beings would always be transported from one place to another, either by Air, Land or water. And as long as human beings are in existence on earth, they would need to be conveyed. Even drugs sometimes need to be conveyed to sick persons so even in Lockdown, this business shall stand.
The Next Business to invest into education (online) people will always want to learn. Learning never ends. It wasn’t a shock that online education (E-learning) boomed during the Lockdown because people can’t do without learning whether it is physical or virtual. when one invests into Online trainings, be sure that you will get profit.
Health is also another sector to invest into, people will always look after their health, the healthcare of any nation or individual is really very important, one can invest into drugs (not hard drugs 😌) or even get an ambulance to help convey those in desperate need of medical attention.
Invest also in Food, no matter how bad things get, people need to eat, you can get yourself a nice restaurant, fast food, Diner place, cafe. Food is one of the basic needs of Man, Man has to eat at least once a day to survive. Most importantly, the more aesthetic the eating place is, the more expensive the food is. But be rest assured that this investment is really profitable.
These investments are few of the many that can stand the test of time..
