THIS IS WHY YOU SHOULD TEACH WHAT YOU KNOW

Some posts ago, I mentioned how one should have superior knowledge, but what gain is that knowledge of you don’t apply, monetize it or share it to the world.

Sometimes I see people hoard knowledge, BUT WHY??

My mentor, Sir Heaven Umunna said something and I paraphrase “there are books that your mentors won’t give you access to easily but my concern is not about the book but the fact that it was someone who wrote that book”

So while you feel like that special book in your library is for you alone and won’t be shared, you must also remind yourself that if the author of that book thought like that, that book won’t be in your library.

There is a place for not “throwing pearls before swine, lest they trample on it” (I speak in proverbs)
But I want us to imagine a scenario.

Scripture tells us that one time in Jesus life, He asked questions in the temple. Now imagine if those teachers hoarded that knowledge and refused to answer him.

Now imagine Jesus himself not explaining certain things to his disciples, imagine Mohammed not telling the world about his encounter. Imagine China not alerting the world about Corona virus at all (I hope you get the picture now)

Last year John Obidi told us about the planets being 8 and no more nine (you’re shocked right) but you’re 14 years late. Really painful.

One time, my sister’s facebook account was hacked, I was so pissed, why?

I was pissed because I knew about the two factor authentication code, I had earlier told it to a friend but because I didn’t share the knowledge to my audience, my own sister got affected by my negligence to share the not so great information that I had.

Most times, we know certain things and we think that everyone knows it too so we make light of the value of that information.

Saul’s servant knew of an information that got Saul anointed, Naaman’s maid knew of an information that healed Naaman of the leprosy that plagued him.

Jesus knew an information that could turn water into wine and feed a multitude.

So I beseech you like Paul did to Timothy in 2 Timothy 2:2 and I paraphrase “these things that you have learnt from me and other teachers, entrust them to FAITHFUL MEN……”
