The Lord impressed on me this morning that the quality of your life is directly relevant to what you allow into the gates of your body.
This is also relevant to what you allow into the the lives of your children.
- YOUR EYES : what you watch, what you read.How much time are you spending watching
useless programs that add Zero Value to your life and or destiny. Movies and video are a great way to relax, but you have to be selective. - YOUR EARS : what you listen to and allow your children listen to matters. If you play and enjoy vulgar songs, if you listen to music that degrades it becomes who you are.Words are powerful beyond measure. They lift you up or bring you down.Words are NOT neutral.They feed your brain and make you who you are.Words create What are you listening to?
- YOUR MOUTH: What you eat, drink and smoke.
They actually determine how long you will live. They for many have changed lives sending them to jail or an early grave. No matter how you cut it, drugs and alcohol change your brain and your perception, they waste lives. Just imagine what happens when you eat too many calories it impacts your body.The fact that you can’t see your brain deteriorate does not change the fact that it is. Ask yourself- do I really want to live to see my children grow up. - YOUR INTIMATE ORGANS How many lives have been destroyed by casual sexual encounters. How many careers and beautiful marriages terminated.How many destinies changed for ever.
PAY ATTENTION TO
What you watch, listen to, put into your body, who you associate with.
Read a book a month
You can listen to books as you drive you can even listen to them on T.V now.
It’s never too late to change your life and the direction its heading in.
