Recently I was talking with a friend about the classes I’ve been attending, the energy drain and the money I’ve invested in trainings and data.

She was shocked, she told me sarcastically “It is well, That’s all I can say”

Of course it is well with me. I know my prize.
I once had a friend that always hit the gym, he invited me to join him and I declined. When he asked why? I told him that “when one exercises the mind and spirit, he can easily transfer what he has gained but the body is selfish, when you exercise your body you can’t transfer the gain”

Sometimes when people put a price to their masterclass, honestly I’ve learnt not to complain about prices… You don’t know the price they themselves paid.

But when you know the prize of what you want, the price wouldn’t matter. Christ endured the cross for the joy that was set before him.

Why did Paul press for the upward prize of the calling in Christ? He knew the price wasn’t worth it..

“The price is the value charged for a thing while the prize is the value gotten from a thing”

If the price is so hard for you to pay. Check out the prize and focus on it then thank me later

But then the prize for me is not monetary gains or cash as it might be for others. We pay the price not to fail those whose lifting depends on us. We can’t afford to fail them.

I saw something in the book “the monk who sold his Ferrari”
One of the characters in that book said something “when you improve on yourself, it’s easy to improve the lives around you”

We all read the story of the good Samaritan and how he helped the jew. But there is a lesson to learn from the good Samaritan and the lesson is that he paid the PRICE to make sure the Samaritan was well taken care of. (Two denarii) and he was willing to pay more.
