Air Peace is making great waves, takes an epic move, to begin the first direct flight from Nigeria to Israeli’s State on April 20,2023.
The breaking news brings a huge relief to thousands of Nigerians who have to go through many other nations and many rigorous process to get to Israel.
The Israeli government also is delighted to announce Air Peace opening flight to Ben Gurion International Airport, Tel-Aviv, Israel on April 20,2023.
It takes an approximate of 5hours to make a direct flight from Nigeria to Israel, but on usual occasions it takes up to 27hours through other nations like Turkey or Ethiopia. Thousands of people wished for this, Air peace has provided a solution to save time, cost and the many rigorous processes it takes to get to the Israeli nation.
There had never been a direct flight between the middle East nation and Nigeria till today.
Allen Ifechukwu Athan Onyema, the chairman, CEO, and founding father of Air Peace the Nigerian airline, complimented the governments of Nigeria and Israel, saying that it wouldn’t have been possibile without them, choosing to break old barriers and make a direct flight between the two countries a reality, a show that a strong relationship do exist between them.
Minister Regev, Israeli Minister of Transportation and Road Safety had approved the aviation agreement signed between the Israeli nation and Nigeria, and submitted it for governmental approval.
Allen Onyema shared that they would begin with 2 flights per week and will increase the frequency with time. And with time “there will be no more city left behind” as their mantra says, the would have a direct flight to every country in the world. The Air Peace Nigerian airline was invented in 2013, and have their head office in Ikeja, Lagos State, Nigeria.
Recent news has it that the airline is already launching a direct flight to China and on the 31st of March, it will commence another direct flight to Mumbai, India. In the conversation Allen Onyema, also added that the airline have concluded plans to begin 3 times per week flight service to Jeddah and Medina to deepen the socio-economic ties between Nigeria and other countries.
Air Peace maintains close ties with the Israeli nation in wide variety of fields. Air Peace was the first Nigeria private carrier to met the safety and firm security standard of Israeli nation, which helped it to evacuate Israeli citizens during the covid-19 lockdown in 2020.
Currently, Air Peace have a network of 20 different domestic routes, plus 7 regional routes and 2 International destinations, which adds Dubai and Johannesburg, launched in 2019 and 2020.
Air Peace airline also has an established subsidiary, Air peace Hopper, since 2018.
