Choosing a job that aligns to your goals should be one of the top things to consider when applying or hoping to join an organization.
Majority of people applying for jobs don’t really have expectations when they are seeking for jobs
Most people have been job hunting for a while that their major goal is to land the gig and just earn a passive income
Well , we shouldn’t just be working just to earn a living .
We need to enjoy the job and stay happy while still impacting lives in the process
When job hunting there are key factors to put in place

Definitely , we have different career goals , some of us want a job in a multinationals ,some others want to work with corporate organizations or choice companies in different industries and niche .
Having stated that ,
our career goals or choice indistries can never be the same
Always try as much as possible not to just settle for any job that comes your way.
Rather choose a job that aligns to your goals and visions .
2) Consider the flexiblity of the job
Trust me no one wants to be stucked with a job that gives them little or no time
You don’t want to found working round the clock because it will drain you and you would eventually become less productive
Go for the job offer that is flexible and gives you time to still have a social life .
Remote jobs might be a good option , but make sure it’s flexible
3) Consider a job with diverse talents –
A job that allows you grow and upscale yourself while at it.
We all want to improve on ourselves and also our knowledge on a particular field .
Always choose a work environment growth is a factor
A work place should be a place where you can always learn from other people around you not one that takes all you know but you don’t get to learn anything in the process.
4) Consider the work culture of the organization:
Before you accept that job offer , please take a minute to research on what the work culture is like .
You do not want to be caught up in a toxic work environment .
You can always use Glassdoor.
It is a website you can use to search for reviews of brands and organizations .
You would find reviews from past people who have worked with the companies before and also the salary range for different positions .
It saves you stress and allows you to access the company from the outside .
5) Make Impact while working :
It is not always about the pay and the income you earn from working
Strive to impact lives while you work
Be part of the bigger vision of your company , go the extra mile to make sure you are making all the impacts
6) Build your network :
Well , we all need to keep building our network , so go for the job that connects you to people with a larger network .
7) Go for the higher paying job :
If the other factors above are not in place then I guess you should reconsider , earning an income is not really all there is to life .
