Security Operatives on Monday captured deposed Emir of Kano Muhammad Sanusi II and whisked him out of the old city in the midst of tight security.

It was accumulated that the security agents are going to Nassarawa state where Sanusi will spend an amazing remainder in a refuge.

Before he was removed, Sanusi was said to have been put under house capture by the overwhelming security staff of DSS, Police, and Military.

The capture was after the security agents closed the Palace.

A perfect source at the Government House indicated that Governor Abdullahi Ganduje, who is managing a crisis Executive Council Meeting, is set to declare the new emir any minute.
