Nollywood stars have reacted to a birthday post that multiple award-winning actress Funke Akindele, dedicated to her ‘bestie’ Eniola Badmus on her birthday.

A few minutes ago, Kemi Filani reported that Funke Akindele gave Eniola Badmus a grand surprise on her birthday today, the 7th of September 2022.

The mother of two shared a beautiful photo of Eniola Badmus with a cheering caption filled with love.

She wrote: Wow!!!! You look so HOT GIRL. I’m loving this new look!!! Happy birthday, dear. May the good Lord continue to bless you and yours”.

In response to the late birthday message, Eniola Badmus expressed gratitude to her friend.

She wrote: Lafunky……thank you momma…..appreciate

Funke Akindele’s message to Eniola Badmus is trailing an earlier report by Kemi Filani, which claimed the politician actress had snubbed her friend’s big day.

Although Funke Akindele cheeringly celebrated Eniola Badmus, there is no doubt that all is not well between the duo as previous celebrations had been filled with epistles and videos of how important they are to one another.

However, Funke Akindele’s post is a move to silence reports making rounds about their alleged beef.

Kemi Filani recalls that months ago, Eniola Badmus broke silence on her alleged beef with Funke Akindele. She shared a photo of her friend on Instagram, accompanied by a lengthy post on why they have not been goofing around as usual.

She wrote: “Guys, I’m sick and tired of y’all insinuating @funkejenifaakindele and I are fighting for no singular reason……In case y’all don’t know this woman right here is my ride till the end, I love her from the bottom of my heart and what we share is beyond friendship…..

we talk every day, we see almost every other day, the fact that we don’t post our moments lately doesn’t mean we are fighting!!! We are only saving it for a bigger picture and we need to keep y’all in suspense…..

Lafunky is my blood and flesh…… y’all should please stop insinuating! We are good and forever good….. Maybe not necessary but Just need to put this out here for clarity! That’s my home girl here!
