Osas Ighodaro marks 10 years in the industry
In August, Osas Ighodaro celebrated ten years in the entertainment industry.
The single mother of one recounted her journey to Nigeria and how it changed her life.
Osas revealed that she was meant to spend just six months in Nigeria but ended up spending ten years.
She is forever grateful for her journey thus far and looks forward to what’s to come.
In celebration of her 10 years, Osas Ighodaro released a music video of her dancing to Fela Kuti’s song, Water, Wata’.
Osas stated that the song encapsulates a beautiful representation of her time in Naija, her flow, fight and freedom.
Osas Ighodaro bags honorary doctorate degree
Osas Ighodaro had been conferred with an honorary award by the Harvard College Nigerian Students Association.
The 31-year-old humanitarian was one of the recipients of the Eminence Award at the Association’s 13th annual Nigerian Independence Day Gala held on 2nd October.
She was awarded in recognition and appreciation for her contributions to the Nigerian entertainment industry and artistry.
The mother of one took to her Instagram page to share pictures as she posed with the plaque.
She wrote,
“2022 Eminence Awardee!! God is Good all the time!!”.
