What better way to get a jump-start on the weekend than some good ol’ fashioned Kardashian kontent? Well, Khloe Kardashian ‘s latest Instagram selfie gives off chill weekend vibes with a side of rock solid abs. Actually, her abs are totally stealing the show.

In her most recent ‘gram, the reality star is wearing a crop top and sweats. Her top is a new collaboration promoting her sister’s brand, Kylie Skin, but her dynamite physique is abs-olutely hogging all the attention.

Her core is seriously chiseled. I mean, there are at least six clearly defined abs on her pack. And, incredibly, Khloe captioned the post: “May delete later.” (Is that a humble brag, or does she have an even better snap up her sleeve? The world may never know.)

Her six pack is clearly the result of some seriously hard work. So, what has Khloe been doing to carve out her core?

For starters, Khloe’s found working out to be, in her words, “therapy,” amidst all the Tristan-related drama. She’s been a longtime workout buff though. After giving birth to True, she got back to the gym as soon as her docs gave her the okay to return to exercising .

Khloe is a fan of the morning sweat sesh, which recently included a guest appearance from her daughter True. She shared an adorable new leg day move to her Instagram stories. In the video, she bounces True on her legs from the comfort of her bed. What a multitasker!

Usually, Khloe’s workout includes 30 minutes of cardio and 30 minutes of circuit training, and she works out five to six times a week. The Revenge Body host also recently shared a video to Instagram from her fitness sesh with trainer Corey Calliet and friend Khadijah Haqq McCray. The workout, which she said kicked her butt, included plank variations, rows, crunches, and much more. (Tbh, I’m tired just thinking about it!)
