Some time last year when Julius Berger started building the flyover bridge at Garrison Junction in Portharcourt, Rivers State.
Rivers State residents found it inconvenient, public and private Drivers were asked to turn round from Waterlines bustop just to avoid taking that lane. It was stressful and Time consuming.
People waited for them, they (Julius Berger Construction Company) said that they will deliver within 1 year and 8 months.
Just last week, I passed through that same place and the wonder, the excellence that was constructed there is beyond the normal construction you see everyday here.
Now the same company has started working on the Flyover bridge from Rumuola all the way down to GRA, But you know the best part, People aren’t complaining anymore.
Why? Because they have proven expertise, excellence and above all credibility (that they keep their word)
