The first movie tells of a Koala named Moon who wanted to give the world a show and he did it without any money, fast forward to the sequel, he is doing well in a small city, but he wants to play with the big boys.

He invited a scout to come check out his performance and his performance doesn’t seem to impress the scout, the scout tells him that he isn’t good enough which makes Moon depressed.

I loved the fact that Nana tells him the raw truth that if he thinks he is good enough then he has do something about it, Nana reminded me of a wonderful coach of mine. Lol

But then it got me thinking, at the tower of Babel, men thought that they could build a name for themselves so they started by building a tower that would reach the heavens, of course if they continued building they wouldn’t see anything but that mindset was too powerful for God to ignore.

What would you do differently if you saw yourself uniquely different.

Think about it.

We would bring this mindset into all scenes of the movie, Johnny’s coach saw his uniqueness from the first day that he bought her lunch while the former coach saw Johnny’s failure and treated him as such seeking to even prove to Johnny that he was a failure, but the female coach saw the spark in him that she had to raise a song in the silence to stir him up.

Once again who teaches/coaches/mentors you matters.

I loved how far Moon was willing to go to prove his worth, rules were broken and bent in almost every scene but he wanted to have a show in Red shore city and he did.

I don’t even know what Miss Crawly the chameleon saw in Mr Buster Moon that made her so loyal, but I think most times we need friends who would be with us through it all. It is not good for man to be alone in anything at all (good or bad)

This movie is for those who are yet to believe in themselves, those who have been told by critics that they aren’t good enough. Dreams do come true/through (pun intended)
