Gospel singer, Tim Godfrey has taken to social media to pen an appreciation post to his wife, Erica Katrina months after they tied the knot in a star-studded white and traditional wedding.

The singer took to his Instagram page to share a heart-melting picture of himself and his wife and proceeded to shower praises on her. He noted that meeting his wife was God’s way of leading him to his still waters (a term which means peace, rest and comfort according to the bile) . He assured her of his love and thanked her for loving him the same way.

 

According to the father of one, spending time with his wife is heaven on earth.

Eulogising his wife, Tim Godfrey wrote:

Baby… It’s not your birthday today. It’s not our anniversary today.

I’m just here to tell the whole world how awesome, incredible, bankable, amazing, beautiful, intelligent, prayerful, and gracious you are!

Meeting you was God leading me to my STILL WATERS…
My Anambra Princess … thank you for loving me the way you do.
Spending life with you is simply HEAVEN ON EARTH!

Tim Godfrey weds his wife, Erica traditionally

Weeks after marrying his wife, Erica in the US, Gospel singer, Tim Godfrey observed his traditional wedding rites in Nigeria.

In April 2022, Tim Godfrey tied the knot with his fiancee, Erica Jones. The beautiful wedding ceremony was held in Culpeper, VA, United States on Saturday, April 23rd.

Tim Godfrey took to his social media handle to announce that he has traditionally married his wife in Nigeria.

The singer’s traditional wedding took place as an intimate ceremony at an undisclosed location in Nigeria. His friend and music colleague, Timi Dakolo serenaded them with his beautiful songs during the ceremony.

He shared videos and photos on his Instagram page. Captioning it, he wrote: @ericakatrinagodfrey I promise to love you forever and for always!❤️❤️❤️
