Ever listened to that popular song, “this little light of mine, I’m gonna let it shine”

Probably it brings memories, probably it doesn’t but that’s not what today’s topic is about.

Scriptures tells us that we are the “Light of the world and a city set upon the hill that can’t be hidden”

But before we call ourselves “Lights” what really do we mean when we call ourselves Light.

The first property of Light is that it dispels darkness and darkness is meant to be anything that doesn’t mean happiness or whatever that darkens the human nature.

Another property of Light is that it attracts people, it gives hope. Like the moon brightens up the Night and we all wait for the Sunlight to go about our daily activities.

Sometimes we are the blockade to the light that is inside of us.

The reason why we have shadows is because of the fact that light travels in a straight line and it is blocked by an opaque object.

Is your mindset the opaque object limiting your light to shine before kings?
How do you see your gifts?
How do you view people?
Do you belittle your talents?

But when your mind is like transparent glass. The light shines through it and people get to see the light in its raw form but it gets better.

When your mind has been developed, your mind becomes a prism, you’ve developed your emotional intelligence as well as your financial intelligence

Then the light passes through the prism (a developed mind)
It shows not just the light but beautiful colours.

Now this might sound weird but if you truly value yourself, you will develop yourself.

You owe the world excellence, make this world unworthy of this personality.

Just like a friend would say, you are not a rare breed, you are the only breed

There is no other you, there is no better version of yourself out there, We need you to be better, I need you to Survive.
