After you are done answering the questions asked by your interviewer, most interviewers would want you to ask questions.
Some of them would be kind enough to give you that chance and it’s best to do it after they are done asking you
At some point during your job interview, the interviewer is going to ask “Do you have any questions for me?” And you better have some.
First this shows that you have done your research very well, and you really want to work with the company
Another tip from me, please go with a note and pen whenever you are invited to an interview
Here are some questions to ask your interviewer
- What are the Job skills and requirements that this Job role deserves
- What challenges would one face in this Job role
- Who are your biggest competitors and why?
- What is the company’s culture, value and vision?
- What would you expect from the successful candidate to take this role in the next six months
- What about this position is most important? How does it support management and serve direct reports?
- Is there anything I have said that makes you doubt I would be a great fit for this position?
This last one is my favourite question to ask.
But before I do, I must have studied the company and industry trend as well as that of their competitors.
I know it’s too much work but trust me it pays
- How has (the challenge/difficulty/trend) affected your company and how have your company been able to tackle this?
Problems like Covid 19, Lockdown, Inflation, Recession,
Or if there would be another pandemic or lockdown, How would your company provide its services
Then seat back and open your favourite popcorn and watch the blockbuster🤣🤣
Okay I’m joking but you too should have a very powerful answer to that question that should come in like a suggestion or a recommendation and THANK ME LATER
