ABUNDANCE MENTALITY

I first heard this from Daddy J.O (John Obidi), he taught about how we should always see ourselves as givers not because we have so much but because we are coming from a place of abundance, more like fighting from victory not from defeat.

You can call it the combination of the law of attraction and the law of giving

It’s more like a law, that givers never lack, but you see people give mostly because they love and others give because they have abundance,

The scripture says that “all things perfect and beautiful comes from God” and “God gives liberally to all men” God is a God of abundance.

Before we go deep into this, let’s talk about abundance…

Abundance means in simple words, more than enough, others would say it is ‘over sufficient’, someone having enough resources to do what he wants to do, when he wants and has something left.

Now let’s talk about the abundance mentality, A popular story happened in the bible, a prophet named Elijah gave a prophecy that “there would be no rain except by his word” and after three years, he told King Ahab in the midst of the drought that he should go home and eat even when there was no cloud in sight, and Elisha gave a similar remark that by this time tomorrow, there would be cheap foodstuff in an era where mothers were eating their children because of food scarcity.

What did they know? They knew that there is an abundance of everything, I’m not teaching this so that you would be lackadaisical about everything but there is truly no lack of resources but lack of knowledge on how to get them.

Are you scared of giving to people because you think you would lack those things or because you lack the knowledge to replenish those resources.

I watched a series called “Undercover Billonaire” starring Grant Cardone, the show is all about growing a business to a million from $100 and a pick up truck within 90 days, the fact that someone could embark on something this risky is because he knows that money is abundant but value is lacking.

He made $10,000 few days before the aeries was called off because of the pandemic, there is truly no lack of resources but lack of knowledge of getting the resources.

Have you discovered that the abundant blood group are the highest givers, some years ago, a billionaire gave a whole sum amount to his wife after a divorce and still remained rich, people give half of the possession to the poor and still retain their wealth few months later, the ocean keeps pouring itself into Rivers, streams, lakes but it never truly reduces.

When ever you think you lack resources, always think abundance, those who have really tapped into abundance see abundance,there is no lack of jobs, just lack of the knowledge on how to get dream Jobs.
