He reposted the post where Paul Okoye tagged him and several others, asking them to choose between him and Very Dark Man, with the response that he was only trying to promote his music.
It isn’t news that Seun Kuti and Very Dark Man are friends, and they share similar views on controversial topics.
Paul Okoye’s request to Seun Kuti was to either stop being friends with Very Dark Man, or lose him as a friend.
Seun Kuti’s response was quite diplomatic, as he clearly didn’t pick anyone’s side apart from his music.
Paul Okoye’s fight with Very Dark Man couldn’t be foreseen with a long magical lens because both parties are from two different areas of life. The connecting link between them is Iyabo Ojo, and that is where the issue began.
Very Dark Man’s assertion that Iyabo Ojo didn’t get invited to Davido’s wedding prompted Paul Okoye to come to his woman’s defense, and that is where his need started with the activist.
In the year 2024 alone, Very Dark Man has had issues with over five high ranking celebrities; Iyabo Ojo, Tonto Dikeh, Nkechi Blessing, Bobrisky, Blessing CEO, and a host of others.
Very Dark Man’s beef with Iyabo Ojo and Tonto Dikeh was in relation to Mohbad’s death and his son’s DNA test.
Nkechi Blessing entered the group chat when Very Dark Man said that herself and other influencers had ‘no levels’, as they weren’t invited to Davido’s wedding.
Bobrisky and Very Dark Man had a face off when the activist alleged that he was sleeping with high ranking police officers and law makers, and also providing young boys for them to sleep with.
