Also this post is strictly for Christians but please be my guest and glean from what I have written regardless of which religion and belief you have because we all want the same thing which is good morals in our country and national transformation right?

So someone asked this question some time? Of course I’m expecting someone to shout “Noo” but I beg you to just give me some minutes and maybe you might think differently.

So few years ago, a King set up a beauty pageant. He was looking for Miss Persia. Winner would become his queen, And a certain jewish orphan made herself up using certain creams and accessories and spent one night with the King and won his heart and became queen.

No one condemned this young lady, little did they know that this beauty queen would save an entire race from being terminated and annihilated.

More years back, some spies went to check out the land and they found a prostitute, who helped them and secured salvation for her family. Miraculously that prostitute was saved and became the ancestor of both David and Jesus Christ. Now would be a better time to exclaim JESUS CHRIST.

Talking about Jesus Christ, Jesus went to Zaccheaus house, well one cannot compare the Big Brother’s house to Zaccheaus house but then let’s talk about Tax collectors, they were hated because they were seen as betrayers, people who worked with the Romans to extort from the Jews, and the tax collectors were heavily paid by the Romans, since they were hated by the Jews, the tax collectors had no choice but to adopt the culture of the Romans which included drinking and partying etc.

They were seen as sinners literally, Not only did Jesus go to his house, he had one as a disciple, pay attention to what happened to the two tax collectors, one paid back what he was owing and the other helped recount the history of Jesus, tracing Jesus origin back to Abraham (such intelligence)

I’m not justifying the fact that sin is a good thing, But since when did Light start to be scared of Darkness. The people who sat in darkness haven’t seen a great light because the sons of men refused to let men see their good works and thereby deny the Father of the glory that is due to him.

Lets look back at the abolition of slave trade, this was made possible by a Christian politician called William Wilberforce, who fought this for about 20 years and slave trade abolition was granted 3 days before his death, on his sickbed (he fought a good fight of Faith indeed)

So while other countries were buying slaves, a dead politician’s war speaks while he was dead.

Mercy Chinwo went for a musical competition, and she was advised not to, But look at how God used that to open doors unto her… Imagine She was restricted not to go for that show.

I love how Ariel Fitz make comedy about a normal Christain relationship with God. It’s funny but every Christian can relate to her jokes no matter how spiritual you are, if only we had more comedians like her that as you’re laughing, your soul is prospering because there is a lesson being preached.

Now back to the big brother Naija story at the beginning of this post. I want you to imagine with me, that a Christian enters that show, converts all the housemates into holy spirit filled Christians and the whole country is watching a revival happening on a reality show.

You must be laughing at this point but I’ll end with a scripture, we all know it. God is able to do EXCEEDINGLY, ABUNDANTLY, ABOVE (three powerful words) all that you can ask or IMAGINE…. ACCORDING TO THE POWER AT WORK IN YOU.

So stop imagining and ask how much power do I have at work in me…..?

Remember how Mike stole our hearts with his virtues displayed at the Big Brother’s house. I look forward to a big brother show where Bible study can be done frequently, where some brethren take some time to blast in tongues in fellowship in the presence of the entire Nation. I’ll gladly watch and join.

Now you might be asking what if that Christain fails, it’s no problem at all. At least he or she tried. Soul winning is Kingdom Business and in Business, most times we make losses because we are humans and we don’t yield to the Holy spirit enough. That’s why we have a high priest in heaven as an insurance for our business when we make losses.

Also we can prevent this by training persons who are interested in doing this, remember how Esther was trained for about a year, Daniel himself was trained before he started working for the King, David too. There is a place for training so that capacity can be developed before sending people for this task

But then if you are still saying “The Christain should not go to Big Brother’s house show” I understand that you’re thinking about the safety of your soul and that of the Christian but what about others watching the show, Does your heart bleed for them, does your heart bleed that our bad linens are shown to other nations too because other african countries watch the show too which is why the advert and sponsorship might not stop.

I love how Rahab negotiated for her family, Please spare me and my family… If only people had a heart for other people perishing, if only we really wanted people to be saved. If only you knew how enormous the grace of God was and how little people take advantage of it.

That you don’t watch some certain weird shows doesn’t stop other souls from watching it. So in the words of a very good friend of mine “Apart from speaking in tongues, what can you do to help the Kingdom of God”

Even Nehemiah advised that as the walls were rebuilt, the sword should be held at one hand and work should be done with the other, THAT IS HOW TO BUILD BROKEN WALLS AND FOUNDATIONS IN THE MIDST OF YOUR ENEMIES.

I pray God gives you the grace to imagine as well
