Let your customers know that you care about them, be quick to listen and solve their problems, reach out to them in turbulent times. Ask them if your product or service was valuable to them and able to solve their need.
Uniqueness: to make people love your brand you must be unique, don’t be like everyone else, be different, it is okay to model big brands but it limits your true version sometimes when it is heightened. If everyone is putting on a black shirt, why not try a black and white striped shirt. Being unique gives you an edge and helps you get noticed faster.
Genuineness: be original, be honest about what you can do, this would earn you the trust of your customers, tell your customers confidently about your strengths, you can admit your weaknesses not show it off.
