Looks like the Regina Daniels vs Angela Okorie wahala is still hot on the burner, as Blessing CEO just added more pepper to the pot!
The controversial relationship therapist, Blessing CEO, didn’t hold back as she took to Instagram to drag Regina Daniels for inserting herself in the Angela Okorie vs Mercy Johnson saga, a drama that’s been tearing up the Nigerian entertainment scene lately.
In a trending video, Blessing CEO said point blank that Regina Daniels had no business interfering in a beef between two of her industry “aunties.” According to her, what Regina did was straight-up disrespectful. 👀
She sided fully with Angela Okorie, claiming her only mistake was being “too soft-hearted” and choosing forgiveness over silent beef like other Nollywood stars. Blessing made it clear: Angela isn’t the problem , she’s just expressive.
The Relationship expert said if Angela was someone who could bear grudges like the other Nollywood actors and actresses then she wouldn’t come out to vent.
“If Angela dey bear grudge like the rest of una favs, she for no talk. But because she vent, una wan label her troublesome? No naw,” Blessing CEO spilled.”
She also lectured on the internet that a person who comes out to confront someone who hurt them is not troublesome as they may think but expressive.

“You dey Mad” – What started the controversial Battle Between Angela And Regina?
It all began when Angela Okorie dropped a video message aimed at Mercy Johnson,
In the video Angela Okorie said she heard Mercy Johnson was suffering from a deadly disease and she wouldn’t even wish the disease on her enemy. She said she had forgiven Mercy Johnson of all her crimes.
The Nollywood actress and singer, Angela Okorie also revealed that her ‘spiritual father’ had asked her to forgive Mercy Johnson and that was the reason she forgave her without an apology.
What started as a flag of forgiveness, jumped quickly into a blown out warning – when she told Mercy Johnson to go and ask for forgiveness from the people she had mistreated.
In her words ;
“But the truth is that, tell Mercy to go and apologise to the people she has offended. Tell her I said so. Apologising to people you have wronged is better than using church words that you don’t represent. Mercy did a whole lot of things in the industry, and today I am forgiving her. For real, I have forgiven her. I am not forgiving her for her, I am forgiving her because of God. If we’re gonna go down memory lane, she went spiritual for me.”
This post by Angela Okorie garnered so much reaction but the one that shook the internet was the reaction from Regina Daniels.
Regina Daniels replied Angela Okorie’s rant directed to Mercy Johnson with a post on her insta story – The post read;
“With all due respect, Aunty Angela, you de mad!!!”
In a follow-up post, Regina doubled down.
“Abeg no forgive because for this side, we no dey forgive. Continue and whilst at it, don’t forget to say she gets pikin wey gidigba. No Dey Shalaye!!!”

Angela didn’t take the insult lightly. She responded with a shady post at first, preaching kindness. But hours later, she went full throttle, dragging Regina Daniels for filth!
She said;
“Being kind doesn’t make you weak, it makes you trusted, respected and remembered.”
But just hours later, she came back swinging, this time directly targeting Regina Daniels with personal jabs:
“You married a man who is supposed to be your great-grandfather, the kind of low icu (IQ) you have is why I advise this younger generation.”
Regina Daniels wasn’t done either. She delivered what many are calling the “final bombshell”:
“Aunty werey I married my old man but he is everything your mind prays for but can’t attract. Don’t get me started on telling the world how you were chasing the same old man.”
She continued, throwing jabs at Angela’s relevance and career:
“Now let your age reflect your reasoning. Clearly you failed because a girl that once admired you when she was 6 sees you as nothing to write home about.”
Regina also made it clear she doesn’t want to be compared to Angela in any way:
“And for Christ sake stop comparing yourself to me!!! It will be a huge disrespect to me and everyone that supports my movement. You and I are not the same. Not even close. I am bigger than you and your entire music/movie career. Let’s not even mention my mama (Mercy Johnson) whose name rings the loudest bell. I don’t need scandals or shadows to shine.”
She ended her message on a deep note:
“Age? It’s just a number. What truly counts is how you’ve lived, what you’ve built, and who you’ve become. The roads I’ve walked, the milestones I’ve hit with grace, not disgrace are places your bitterness will never carry you.”

This reply is coming after Angela Okorie’s Instagram outburst, where she warned Regina to stop disrespecting her and accused her of marrying for money.
Is it fair for senior colleagues to police each other’s tone and forgiveness online? Or should emotional transparency be welcomed—even when it’s messy?
Chime in below, does Angela deserve support, or was Regina’s intervention justified?
