Dear President Buhari,

I thank your Excellency for your National Broadcast and leadership since this global health war began.

The video attached was last year February, while giving back to the society and invariably support the government. My NGO, BREAK THE SILENCE FOUNDATION on Human Rights organised a HUMAN RIGHTS SUMMITS in Sheraton. This I did with financial support from my friends and FANS only. Cogito Ergo Sum and Amnesty International gave logistic support.

High point of the summit was that it is ripe for a country like Nigeria to have an active NATIONAL DATABASE. A scheme that will make our citizenship has meaning and set NIGERIA on a true path of DEVELOPMENT.

Fight against CORRUPTION and LAWLESSNESS can then be truly achieved by you. I tagged his Excellency, @profosinbajo and many meaningful Nigerians. I also appealed to some top foreign Ambassadors to raise same topic with your government.

I am glad the NATIONAL IDENTIFICATION NUMBER(NIN) Registration is now in motion. But as Oliver Twist, I wish to once again appeal that this scheme should be given a serious emergency attention like the kind of National Broadcast COVID-19 recieves. Most of your good plans for this country are slowing down because the country lacks DATA BASE.

To make it work faster, easier sir, declare NO WORK DAYS for Nigerians to fully be aware and participate. In addition, aside Local Governments, Police Stations and Prisons should create an office for the registration. Advance social economic growth rest on any nation’s active register.

Efficaciously, Local Governments should be banned from the start of a certain period from recording; BIRTHS, DEATHS and MARRIAGES manually. Sir, your regime will leave a lasting legacy if you can follow this up with digitalizing Police Stations in Nigeria. We need a NATIONAL EMERGENCY NUMBER. Kidnapping, Robbery etc will reduce drastically. You can then focus to rebuild our EDUCATION, POWER and HEALTH SECTOR. Just do it sir.

Lastly, Social amenities like this will leave an eternal legacy and hope in the hearts of Nigerians. Many home and abroad will have a re-think Nigeria can get better. I am counting on your good office.
